Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder is a real mental illness that afflicts both men and women in the military service.  PTSD can come from many things, but I'll only be talking about Military Sexual Trauma.  The VA says that 1 out of 100 men admit to MST.  The key word is admitting to MST.  MST is not a diagnosis but an experience and I'll be discussing those experiences in future blogs.
